About
As the Founder of Brown Goddess Magic, I am a Hypnotist, Intuitive Life Coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher. I am passionate about holistic wellness, personal development, and self-mastery.
My love language is helping women remember who they are so that they can embody their (God)dess Consciousness and attract the life they deserve!
My healing journey started in 2016 after experiencing the loss of my mother. I was deeply depressed and was suffering from PTSD. I could barely leave my house because my debilitating anxiety was causing me to experience panic attacks and I was in a constant state of fear. My life, real estate career, relationships, and bank account were in shambles! I was very desperate for a change in my life, so I went to go see a psychic to fix my life (something my very Christian upbringing frowned upon). Although she didn’t fix my life, she gave me valuable insight into the chakra system and rituals that lead me on my spiritual and healing journey.
Over the following years, I immersed myself into various healing modalities and knowledge such as reiki, sound healing, and herbalism. I became a yoga teacher. I healed my womb and ascended into Queen Afua’s Global Sacred Woman Village. And now, a Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Hypnotist. I took complete control over my life, shifted my belief systems, and aligned with my highest self and life purpose. I remembered who the fuck I was! And I want to share everything I’ve learned with you.
My purpose is to empower and inspire women like you, who may resonate with parts of my story, to take control of your life, alchemize your being and elevate your wellness practices.

Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that has roots in India and ancient Kemet (Egypt) that has gained popularity worldwide for its physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. It involves a combination of physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation methods that promote overall health and well-being.
The physical postures, or asanas, help to strengthen and tone the muscles, improve flexibility and balance, and promote better circulation and digestion. The breathing techniques, or pranayama, can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve lung capacity, and increase energy levels. The meditative and relaxation aspects of yoga can help to calm the mind, improve focus and concentration, and promote a sense of inner peace and balance.
Overall, a regular yoga practice can help to improve physical health, mental well-being, and emotional stability.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic healing modality that utilizes the state of hypnosis (or trance) to access the wisdom of subconscious mind in order to reprogram beliefs and change behaviors. The state of hypnosis is a safe and natural state of focused, relaxed concentration that we often flow in and out of every day.
Can you remember a time when you were driving a car and somehow you got to your destination without remembering the details of your drive? If yes, then you were in a hypnotic trance! This hypnotic phenomenon happens when we enter a relaxed, heightened state of awareness and our attention becomes more focused. During this time, we shift into the more relaxing theta brain wave state.
